Register & Visit Contest
(HOMEDEC Penang EDITION)
TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. HOMEDEC Penang Register & Visit Contest is opened to persons aged 18 years old and above. Employees of The Organiser and its affiliates, sponsors, agencies, contractors, suppliers, exhibitors and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  2. This contest will be organised from 15 – 17 March 2024 through the online submission. Online submission must be completed in full as incomplete forms will be disqualified.
  3. Duplicated contest forms be it in the form of photocopy or print, will not be accepted for the contest submission. Participants who have submitted the online electronic form will only be eligible to win if attendance by the registered person is taken during the exhibition period.
  4. Any entries received after 17 March 2024 will be considered null and void. No responsibility will be taken by The Organiser for any entries that are illegible, misdirected, lost for technical or other reasons or received after the deadline.
  5. A total of three (3) units of Apple iPad 9th Generation will be given away during the exhibition period from 15 – 17 March 2024, with one (1) unit being awarded to recipient daily.
  6. Each participant is only entitled to win one (1) prize. Duplicate entries will be eliminated.
  7. Contest Winner(s) will be notified through a phone call. The winner shall comply with the terms and conditions of the given prize set by The Sponsor and The Organiser. The winner is required to collect their prize during the given date and time in person.
  8. Winner(s) must claim the prize within the stipulated deadline stated in the Winner’s letter, failing which and subject to the discretion of the Organiser and Sponsor concerned, they reserve the right to forfeit the prize. Any unclaimed prize(s) will roll over to the next eligible contestant.
  9. It is the sole responsibility of the Winner to collect their winning prize, at their own costs i.e. travel, accommodation, etc.
  10. The Organiser will not be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances that may arise. The Organiser’s decision is final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
  11. The Organiser reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to use the nicknames, names, photographs, voice or video recordings and entries of the Contest Winner(s) and/or representatives without first obtaining any consent nor making any payment whatsoever to the Contest Winner(s) and/or representative for publicity, advertising, trade or promotion purposes in any media.
  12. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the contest rules, gimmick and terms and condition or substitute or replace the prize without any prior notice.
  13. All personal data received will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
