“REGISTER & VISIT” CONTEST
(KUALA LUMPUR EDITION)
TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. HOMEDEC KL’s “Register & Visit!” Contest is open to all visitors aged 18 years old and above. Employees of The Organiser and its affiliates, sponsors, agencies, contractors, suppliers, exhibitors and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  2. This contest will be organised from 28 April to 1 May 2023 with the submission of electronic forms. Contest forms must be completed in full as incomplete forms will be disqualified.
  3. Participants who complete and submit the online electronic form will be eligible to win only if the registered individual attends the exhibition during the specified event period.
  4. Any entries received after 1 May 2023 will be considered null and void. No responsibility will be taken by The Organiser for any entries that are illegible, misdirected, lost for technical or other reasons or received after the deadline.
  5. A total of Four (4) units of Samsung products will be given away during the exhibition period respectively as per below:-

  6. The winner(s) of the contest will be informed via a phone call. Winner must adhere to the terms and conditions established by both the Sponsor and the Organiser for the awarded prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to collect their prize during the specified date and time provided.
  7. Winners are required to claim their prize within the stipulated deadline outlined in the Winner’s Letter. Failure to do so many result in the forfeiture of the unclaimed prize(s) at the discretion of the Organiser and Sponsor. The Organiser and Sponsor reserve the right to reallocate forfeited prizes to the next eligible contest, if deemed necessary.
  8. It is the sole responsibility of The Winner to collect their winning prize, at their own costs i.e. travel, accommodation, etc.
  9. The Organiser will not be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances that may arise. The Organiser’s decision is final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
  10. The Organiser reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to use the nicknames, names, photographs, voice or video recordings and entries of the Contest Winner(s) and/or representatives without first obtaining any consent nor making any payment whatsoever to the Contest Winner(s) and/or representative for publicity, advertising, trade or promotion purposes in any media.
  11. The Organiser retains the authority to modify the contest regulations, gimmicks, and terms and conditions, as well as to substitute or replace the prize without prior notification.
  12. All personal data received will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
