HOMEDEC GIFT WITH PURCHASE
(PENANG EDITION)
TERMS & CONDITIONS

By registering or taking part in the HOMEDEC GIFT WITH PURCHASE herein (“GWP redemption”), all persons participating herein (the “participants”) are shoppers at HOMEDEC and must agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions as listed below;

  1. REDEMPTION PERIOD
    1. The GWP redemption is valid only for purchases made at HOMEDEC Penang from 6 – 8 October 2023 from 11am – 9pm at Setia SPICE Convention Centre

  2. REDEMPTION CRITERIA
    1. The GWP redemption is valid to all participants and limited to one (1) gift per registrant per day only
    2. The participants are required to perform their redemption at the HOMEDEC Contest Counter on the SAME day of purchase. All prize redemption is valid for the same day transaction only
    3. The participants are required to present their proof of purchase and receipts at HOMEDEC Penang in order to qualify for the GWP redemption
    4. Only receipts for purchases and deposit paid will account as a proof of purchase and quotation amount on cost estimates are excluded for the GWP redemption. All receipt amounts presented will be combined for each participant and cannot be split
    5. To redeem a gift, a minimum spend within the following gift tier must be met for the GWP redemption by each participant:

    6. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify Participants and/or revoke the prize at any stage of the Contest if: –
      1. There are any discrepancies in the Participants’ eligibility or does not meet any of the participation criteria
      2. The Participant breaches the Terms & Conditions or other rules & regulations of the Contest
      3. At the Organiser’s sole discretion, it believes that the Participants have attempted to undermine the operation of the Contest by fraud, cheating or deception
      4. Whilst the Organiser will endeavour to conduct necessary verifications on the eligibility of each Participant, failure to disqualify any ineligible Participant shall not be deemed a breach by the Organiser

  3. GENERAL
    1. All redemptions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable with other merchandise and/or voucher
    2. All GWP redemptions are on a First-come-first-served and While stocks last basis daily
    3. Only original receipts with clearly printed transaction amounts, date and exhibitor name will be accepted for redemption
    4. The Organiser reserves the rights to cancel, modify, suspend, delay, or amend the GWP redemption Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice
    5. The decisions of The Organiser on all matters relating to the Contest are final, conclusive, and binding. The Organiser shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter any correspondence with any person on any matter with regards to the Contest
    6. The Organiser shall not be liable for any other consequences or any unforeseen circumstances which may arise from and/or in connection with the Contest and/or redemption or use of any prize
    7. All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entertained. The Organiser reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to use the nicknames, names, photographs, voice or video recordings and entries of the Contest participant and/or representatives without first obtaining any consent nor make any payment whatsoever to the Contest Winner and/or representative for its publicity, advertising, trade, or promotion purposes in any media
    8. The Organiser, at any time reserves the right to amend the Contest Rules or Terms and Conditions without any prior notice
    9. All personal data received will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
